Hello everyone, my name is Rita, I am 22 years old and I am part of the Norwegian Food Culture class 2025 as part of my Erasmus in Norway. I am both portuguese and cape verdean but came from Luxembourg. Why am I in a class about food? Back home I study different European cultures and it figures that food is a part of it.
